She was a teacher. Ruth died in 1942 during childbirth of her third child. ==Biography== Ruth was born in Germany to Jewish parents, Alfred and Therese Klee. She married Hans Goslar in the 1920s. The couple strictly observed religion. She gave birth to a daughter, Hanneli, on 12 November 1928. In 1933, after :Adolf Hitler came to power, Ruth and her family escaped to :Amsterdam. There they became close friends to the Franks.
